Internal Sales Administrator

We have a vacancy within our Sales Admin Department for an Internal Sales Administrator. We are looking for a forward thinking, enthusiastic person who is quick to learn. This is an important role and the successful applicant will be responsible for the administration of all sales and be of vital support to our busy Sales team.

Applications are invited from candidates who have experience in a busy sales and purchasing office and have the ability to support the technical sales team. A working knowledge of SAGE accounting system would be advantageous. Full training will be given A full driving licence is essential for this position.

This position is predominantly based within our new Administration offices at Malin House, Dunbeg.

Full Time Office Assistant

We are looking to recruit a full time Office Assistant at our Administrative Offices within The European Marine Science Park at Malin House ,Dunbeg.

Academic requirements:

High School leaver (with at least 1 Scottish Higher at grade C or above)


HNC in Administration, Business or Finance

Personal requirements:

The successful candidate will

  • be well organised
  • pay attention to detail
  • be reliable
  • have the ability to work as part of a small team



  • booking travel and accommodation for site workers
  • sorting and distributing incoming mail
  • covering reception (phone calls and visitors)


  • processing delivery notes
  • entering purchase invoices
  • tying up invoices to matching delivery notes and purchase orders
  • filing

The successful candidate will be supervised.

No previous experience is required as full training will be given.

There is the possibility that the successful candidate may be offered the opportunity of an AAT apprenticeship.
